Covid-19 Testing & Vaccination
Vaccines are the safest and most effective way to protect yourself and others from COVID-19. Vaccines have been shown to minimize the risk of contracting COVID-19, transmitting it, and developing severe symptoms. If you become infected with COVID-19 after being immunized, your symptoms will be milder.
About booking your vaccine
Based on your past vaccinations and the answers you provided, we will ask you some questions and give you a single dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Make sure you bring:
- Your booking confirmation can be a letter, email, or a mental note with the booking number.
- A list of any medications you regularly take, proof of eligibility, and a photo ID mask or face shield to wear in the pharmacy (if you forget your mask, we will provide it).
If you have been in contact with someone who shows signs of covid-19 or who has tested positive for the virus, or if you have symptoms, please isolate yourself following official guidelines and avoid our clinics.
When booking, please select a convenient time. If necessary, you can cancel and reschedule an existing appointment. If you have their permission, you can book for someone else, such as your child or loved one. When booking, you must provide your details.
